USER'S RESPONSIBILITY OF COGNIZANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT
Global skimmers is a tradename of Odhigiri Andavar Enterprises LLP. The website www.globalskimmers.com is owned and operated by Odhigiri Andavar Enterprises LLP, herein referred to as “The company” or “we” or “us”. The terms "you" and "your" shall mean the User.

This website is published and maintained by Odhigiri Andavar Enterprises LLP, a company incorporated in and governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The following terms and conditions govern your use of this site and the services provided by us. By using this website or our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of the agreement. All rights and obligations between you and the company are restricted to the scope of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use or access this site or subscribe/buy the company’s services. Your use of our services constitutes your full acceptance of this agreement and the terms and conditions listed.
CAPABLE ON ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT
When you use or book services on our website or through one of our sales channels, you confirm the following:

• You have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation and you are at least 18 years of age (or of legal age to enter into a contract in jurisdictions outside of India)
• You accept and agree to all the Terms presented herein;
• All information supplied by you for the purposes of your booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS
When you make a booking on behalf of other travellers, you serve as the designated contact person for their trip. You affirm that you are legally authorized to act for them, have obtained their consent, and will ensure they are informed of and agree to these terms. You are also responsible for all payments due from them/ their bookings, notifying us of any changes or if any cancellations are needed, and providing the other travellers with all trip-related information. You are prohibited from making reservations in the name of fictitious person(s).
ROLE OF COMPANY
We serve solely as travel agents and holiday organizers. Our function is to act on your behalf as an agent to secure services from independent contractors and suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and transportation providers, entertainment venues, etc (herein referred to as “suppliers”). We do not own or control any of these third-party suppliers. Although we take great care in selecting our suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, theft, loss or damage caused by their actions or failure to act.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USERS
The User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement as well as the terms and conditions of various Service providers that the company chooses to engage for the fulfilment of all the activities for the tour. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement in full, you must notify us in writing, and we will cease our efforts to provide services.
The User will be required to present the booking/confirmation voucher issued by the company in order to avail the services and commitments detailed in the itinerary.
To use our services and all commitments, the user must provide accurate personal information and possess all valid documentation. This includes proof of identity, address, and, for international bookings, a valid passport or any other documents specified by the supplier for your tour or booking.
Resale, transfer or commercial use of any of the services purchased is strictly prohibited.
The user(s) are responsible for being present on time for all time-bound services, including but not limited to flights, trains, buses, pre-booked tours, shows, entertainment etc. Refunds for no-show will be at the sole discretion and as per the policy of the Supplier.
The user(s) may be required to sign certain documents, such as a waiver, consent form, safety procedure form, medical declaration or any other form/declaration, as a precondition for using a supplier's services.
The user(s) are responsible for ensuring to meet all eligibility criteria set by the supplier, including but not limited to any age, weight, or medical requirements. If you are found to be ineligible for a service, the supplier may refuse to provide it. In such cases, any refund will be at the sole discretion of the supplier, in accordance with their policy.
BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
1.CUSTOMIZED TOURS
As our services are highly customized, your booking can only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed by us in writing.
Given the volatility of travel industry costs, including fluctuating airfare and currency exchange rates, payment must be made within the timeline provided in your cost estimate. We are unable to hold prices beyond this specified deadline. However, we would provide a new quote for the services the user(s) have shown interest in as a part of reviewing your wants and needs from the tour.
To confirm your booking, you are required to complete your payment and submit all necessary documentation and information. This includes, but is not limited to, your passport, PAN card, frequent flyer details, and correct contact information. The specific list of required documents will be communicated to you in advance.
In the event that we receive your payment but are unable to complete the booking due to missing documents from your side, you will solely be responsible for any additional costs resulting from the delay and the booking will be confirmed only on receipt of the additional costs.
For highly personalized or high-value itineraries, or for bookings during peak season for certain destinations, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit upfront. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of the services you book.
2.GROUP TOURS ORGANIZED BY THE COMPANY
The following payment terms are exclusive to Group tours conducted under the Global Skimmers banner. They do not apply to customized itineraries, regardless of group size.
To confirm your booking, necessary payments must be made and all necessary documents (this includes, but is not limited to, your passport, PAN card, frequent flyer details, and correct contact information) must be submitted according to the schedule communicated to you OR by the specific date conveyed (if any) as the last day for receiving the same with your booking payment. We reserve the right to allocate slots to users who meet both payment and document requirements on a first come first serve basis. If you fail to do so, it would be interpreted that you are not interested in the tour.

Payment Policy to confirm your booking, please follow these payment terms:

• A deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking, along with all relevant documents mentioned.
• The remaining 80% must be paid no later than 45 days before the departure date.
• Full payment (100%) is required upfront for airfare, rail tickets, and other travel- services at the time of booking these services. This will be duly communicated.
• Your trip will be considered confirmed only after all payments are completed according to this schedule.
• In case of international trips, we reserve the right to retain your passport until all pending balances payments are cleared.
• If due to any reason, the visa is not granted by the respective Consul office/Embassy of the country, OR there is a delay in visa processing, we will not be responsible. Whatever can be possibly recovered from the package cost, if any shall be refunded
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Customised Travel:
In the event of a full or partial cancellation by the user, a cancellation fee of ₹5,000 per booking will be charged. The refund amount will be calculated as the total payment received minus the cancellation fee, any non-refundable charges (such as TCS and convenience fees), and any costs already incurred by the company. During peak seasons, last minute cancellations, and/or for unique experiences, you may forfeit the full booking amount, depending on the supplier's policies.

The refund will be transferred after receipt of the refunds from various suppliers.

Prices paid include GST and TCS (Tax Collected at Source). TCS, which can be claimed during the IT return, is usually not refunded in case of cancellation. Neither is GST refundable.

The refunds received from all Suppliers will be redirected back to the user’s account only. If the refund is to be processed to any other person’s account, it will only be done after the receipt of a written undertaking giving permission to do the same from the user
For Group Travel:
In the event of any cancellation by you, the initial deposit amount paid, shall stand forfeited and further cancellation shall be levied as per the following terms:

• 60 days before date of departure: 20% of tour cost + Transport cancellation charges. (Airfare, rail and other transportation means)
• 30 days before date of departure: 50% of tour cost + Transport cancellation charges. (Airfare, rail and other transportation means)
• 15 Days before date of departure: 80% of tour cost + Transport cancellation charges. (Airfare, rail and other transportation means)
• 0 to 15 days before date of departure: 100% of tour cost + Transport cancellation charges (Airfare, rail and other transportation means) (Will be considered as no show).
PRIVACY POLICY
We recognize the critical importance of user privacy. As a responsible data controller and processor, we are dedicated to securing the personal information you provide. We also use cookiesThis privacy policy details our practices that we follow to manage and protect your data. It applies to any user interacting with our services through our various "Sales Channels," including its website, mobile app, and offline locations.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the user agrees to our privacy and cookie policy.

Insurance
It is mandatory for the user to purchase relevant travel insurance, including medical coverage. You are solely responsible for reviewing the policy's terms and conditions and ensuring it meets your needs for the destination and activities you have chosen.

Your tour may visit remote areas with limited access to medical facilities or prone to earthquakes, floods and other calamities. Your tour supplier does not cover the cost of emergency assistance, medical care, or evacuations. We strongly advise you to purchase your own travel insurance to cover these risks, particularly because your tour may visit remote areas where access to medical facilities is limited.

We do not play a role in the insurance claims process. You must declare any pre-existing medical conditions before booking; failure to do so may result in your insurance claim being rejected.

While we can provide you with contact information for insurance providers, please note that we do not directly engage with travel insurance or endorse any brand.

Any and all consequences of travelling without insurance or without correct and adequate insurance are the user’s sole responsibility.
LIABILITIES
Due to unforeseen circumstances
We are not responsible or liable for any of the following circumstances occurring before commencement or during the tour. Any inconveniences and consequences (including, but not limited to, cancellation charges and forfeiture of payments) including additional costs that result from these circumstances must be paid by you

• The organizers are not responsible for any liabilities, costs, or damages arising from circumstances beyond their control. These include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, fire, landslide), government restrictions, strikes/bandhs, vehicle defects, third-party acts, external aggression, law and order disturbances, negligence by any traveller, failure to follow instructions from organizers or guides, and any risks inherent to a specific activity and any matters that are outside the control of the organisers.
• Any delay or cancellation of flights, ferries, trains, or buses etc, and the subsequent changes to travel plans, which may lead to a cascading effect on the itinerary and increment costs thereof.
• Medical problems, sickness, or any physical inability that prevents you from managing the itinerary.
• Loss of luggage, personal belongings, documents, or theft.
• In case of fluctuations of more than ₹2 per USD/EUR/GBP, the client will either be charged for additional costs or refunded any foreign exchange gain, depending on the base price of the itinerary, as the case may be
• Any issues with visas, tickets, or insurance that the client has obtained themselves, or the failure to purchase them.
Liabilities due to physical ability, illness, medical and health related issues
We are not responsible or liable for any of the following circumstances occurring before commencement or during the tour. Any inconveniences and consequences (including, but not limited to, cancellation charges and forfeiture of payments) including additional costs that result from these circumstances must be paid by you.

In the event of a medical emergency, we will, as a gesture of goodwill, attempt to secure refunds for you upon receiving all necessary documentation. All refunds are subject to the policies of the respective Service providers and will be passed on to you once received from the service provider. The onus to provide the correct documents within the specified timelines rest with the user, without which some refunds may not be possible for cancellations under medical emergencies or during the loss of loved ones.

Some of our trips and activities require a certain level of physical fitness. Travelers must understand the physical demands, fitness level required, and endurance needed before signing up for the same. While we will make every effort to inform you of the requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure you are completely capable of undertaking the trip/tour/activity. Because our trips are personalized, we can offer alternative options in the same geography if needed.

Travelers should be aware that some tours are conducted in areas with limited access to medical assistance. If you depend on medication, please ensure you bring an adequate supply.

Before joining a trip, travellers must ensure, to the best of their knowledge, that they do not have any medical or physical conditions that would prevent them from completing the tour or prevent them from participating in any of the activities they have chosen.

Travelers engaging in adventure sports, physical activities, sea-based activities, nature/wildlife activities must acknowledge the inherent risks and uncertainties involved. The organizers are not liable for incidents resulting from a traveller’s negligence, failure to follow instructions from organizers or guides, any risks normally associated with the activity, or any matters beyond the organizer's control.

The company, its owners, employees, partners, and suppliers are not responsible for any loss, liability, damage, expenses, injury, sickness, or death that may occur to a traveller during these activities.

1. Liabilities due to incorrect information The company would not be responsible, in any circumstances, for any loss, damages, etc. that you may incur if the information provided by you during booking turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect
2. Liabilities due to inadequate insurance
SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS OR DIETS:
You may submit special meal requests or dietary restrictions for each traveller during the registration process. We will forward these requests to the airlines and our Service partners at the destination.

Please confirm all meal requests with the airlines no less than 72 hours before departure. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled, as certain requests or restrictions may be difficult to accommodate in some destinations.
TAX INFORMATION:
Your package cost includes both the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Tax Collected at Source (TCS) as mandated by the Government of India at the time of billing. You can claim the TCS deduction when you file your income tax return. We will issue a certificate for the deducted amount within 45 days after the end of the quarter in which you travelled.

Documents collected for facilitating TCS will come under the purview of our privacy policy.
Jurisdiction
All of our activities and booking conditions are governed by our terms and conditions. Any legal disputes that arise under or in relation to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore.
Third party services
Our company's obligations are limited to the services we agree to provide on your behalf. We are not liable for any third-party arrangements you make independently.
Cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances
We may need to cancel or postpone a tour (or any part of it) after payment has been made to ensure the safety of our travellers. In such cases, we will refund all amounts except for the fixed costs of the tour. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance before your trip to protect against unforeseen events
VISA SERVICES DISCLAIMER
We do not provide direct visa services. As a courtesy, we can provide contacts for visa agents. Our provision of visa-related contacts is a goodwill gesture and should not be considered or construed as visa advisory or consultancy. Any dealings with an agent, including financial transactions and data privacy, are a private agreement between you and them. You are free to use any agent of your choice and not necessarily the ones recommended by us.

We cannot advise on the quality of your visa application documents or predict whether your visa will be approved. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all visa requirements for your destination, such as passport validity and the number of blank pages, visa requirements, including documentation, fees, and timelines, which are set by the respective embassy, consulate, or high commission and are subject to change. The decision to approve or deny your visa is entirely up to the embassy or consulate/ high commission, and we are not responsible for the outcome.

If you must submit your passport for a visa, you are responsible for its safe delivery. We are not liable if it is lost or misplaced by the logistics provider, as we are not involved in the process of obtaining the visa.

We are not responsible for any costs you may incur from a visa rejection or reapplication. Please note that even with a valid visa, final entry is at the discretion of local immigration authorities, and we cannot be held liable if you are denied entry.

You are also responsible for meeting any additional entry conditions, such as an "OK to Board" approval. We have no role in these decisions, which are made by the relevant airline or department.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service (for example, flights, hotel reservation, Packages, etc). The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the services provided with whom User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers’ fare rules, contract of carriage or other rules.

In the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary and change hotels. In the event of a change, the new hotel will be of the same category as the one you booked, and the updated itinerary will deliver on what was originally promised. We are committed to providing all the facilities and inclusions we committed to at the time of your booking. If we omit a specific inclusion, you will be compensated for that item.
WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENTS
This website is for your personal use only. You may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit any content from this site including text, images, audio, and video for any business, commercial, or public purpose.

By complying with these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to view and use this site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt its operation in any way.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to use any device, software, or routine that could interfere with the normal operation of this website. You are solely liable for any damages resulting from your infringement of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm caused by your use of this site.
You agree not to take any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on our website's infrastructure.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY
This policy is effective as of 29 August 2025. We periodically review our policies and reserve the right to update this policy. When we make substantial changes, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity, either via email or through a prominent notice on our website. You should check this policy periodically.
