What is included in your travel packages?
Our tours include flights and transport, hotel stays, meals that are specified, tickets and entrance fees to chosen attractions, events, guides, tours. The full list will be shared with you as per your chosen tour.
What is not included in your travel packages?
The following are not part of the package: Visa and Passport Fees, Travel Insurance, Personal Expenses, Optional Tours, Tips and Gratuities, Meals Not Mentioned, Tourist taxes levied by certain cities and provinces that are paid in person
Do you assist with visas and travel insurance?
We do not directly help you with Visa or Insurance, however we do give you contacts of third party suppliers who will help you with the same. NB: Please read our terms and Conditions for complete details
Are your tours suitable for solo travelers, families, and groups?
We understand your needs before we plan. Our tours can be customised for any type of traveller.
Can I plan my own trip with you guys?
Sure, half the fun in travel is the planning, we would gladly partner you on this.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that you may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, our cancellation policy details our procedures. We will try our best to help you.
What services do you not offer?
We do not do only ticketing. We do not offer any services to minors
Can we book our tickets to the destination and will you help us with the rest?
Yes we can certainly help you.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
At the moment we only accept bank transfers, so we do not collect any credit card or banking information from you.

Will I receive a confirmation for my booking?
Yes, once your booking is confirmed and payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your booking reference number and e-tickets.
What if I don't receive the confirmation email?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, please contact us with your transaction details.
Can I book a trip for someone else?
Yes, you can book a trip for family or friends. However, you'll need to provide their correct name and contact information as per their government-issued ID. And in case of minors, if you are not the parent, you will need a written consent from the parents.
How do I cancel my booking?
